After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, or inability to deliver to the requested address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled items.

Orders generally require approximately 2–3 business days for processing, although processing times may vary.

SetupWorks offers free standard shipping to supported addresses within the United States.

Estimated transit time is approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch, subject to confirmation of carrier estimates and destination eligibility.

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds.
